KBS Blacktop Permanent Uv Top Coat Satin Black 500ml Voltage Testers 07” (h) x 15A permanent, moisture cured, UV stable coating primarily used for top coating surfaces previously sealed with RustSeal or any other paint primer application. BlackTop is a high performance protective coating specifically formulated to withstand dulling and fading caused by prolonged sunlight exposure. Although it may be used alone as a resilient coating, to achieve ultimate rust protection, we recommend using it in combination with KBS RustSeal.
