Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout, based on the weight of the items selected and the destination of the order.
All books are carefully packed and shipments are protected with utmost care and suitable materials in order to help ensure safe arrival in condition sent.
We use DHL unless otherwise requested. International orders will be delivered by its international counterpart depending on the country i.e. Collissimo, Correos, La Poste, Royal Mail, USPS… All orders receive tracking information.
Customers residing outside the European Union are highly recommended to be informed on their country’s taxes and duties prior to placing an order. Nevertheless, Chunking Books is always available to provide support and solutions.
You will receive a dispatch email from us when your order has shipped, including its tracking number. Your book will be sent within 3 business days after purchase, though if you have any special requirement, please let us know.
If your order has not arrived by the estimated date of delivery or you have any other inquiries about this, please contact us at order@chunkingbooks.com. We respond within 24 hours.
Refund Policy
The buyer has the right to cancel the order at any time prior to shipment and the payment will be fully refunded. However, if your order has already been dispatched then the normal procedures apply.
Under the EU law, you have the right to return and get a refund of any item within 14 days of receiving the order.
The goods must be returned in perfect condition. Returns must be paid for by the buyer. Shipping charges as well as any charges at customs clearance must be paid by the buyer.
The customer is responsible for the care of the goods until acceptance of delivery and it is advisable to generously protect the package to prevent damage in transit.
Before returning a purchase it is absolutely necessary to send an e-mail, please get in touch with us at order@chunkingbooks.com so we can tell you how to proceed.
We will give you a refund by the same method as your original payment for products that are returned with proof of purchase and in the same conditions you received and bought it, once we have received them, and will not include, as indicated, delivery charges. Refund usually takes around a few working days to arrive to customer, depending method payment and location.
